Fashion Yang currently serves as the Executive Secretary to the Artistic Director of Our Theatre. He has long been engaged in performing arts administration and backstage theatre work, with experience in theatre management, project coordination, and cross-department collaboration. He primarily supports the director in advancing organizational strategy and coordinating operations, integrating creative, administrative, and external collaboration systems to ensure the smooth execution of key projects and decision-making processes. In recent years, he has also contributed to shaping the organization’s brand narrative and strategic direction, translating artistic ideas into clear external communication and actionable frameworks. His work focuses on building a stable and sustainable system that bridges creative development and organizational governance.
