現任阮劇團內容製作組長，負責作品開發至演出落地之整體產製流程控管。
來自馬來西亞檳城，表演藝術製作經理，專長於展演與節慶活動製作統籌。
經驗涵蓋節慶活動、劇場製作與地方參與計畫，曾任檳城「喬治市藝術節」及「喬治市入遺慶典」製作經理、草草戲劇節執行總監，《十殿》、《皇都電姬》、《噪音風暴》製作經理；亦曾於國家兩廳院擔任節目企劃專員，累積大型場館節目製作與協調經驗。並於恆春火箭人實驗室統籌《共聲島》戶外實境聲音體驗製作。
Originally from Penang, Malaysia, Dub Lau is a Performing Arts Production Manager specializing in festival and live performance production. He currently serves as Production Team Leader at Our Theatre, overseeing the end-to-end production workflow from development to performance delivery, including scheduling, budget integration, and cross-department coordination.
His experience spans festivals, theatre productions, international touring and community-based projects. He has served as Production Manager for the George Town Festival and George Town World Heritage Celebrations, Executive Director of the Grasstraw Festival. He also worked at the National Theater and Concert Hall, Taipei and led the production of Peninsoundla, an outdoor site-responsive sound experience.
